Arctic Animals Writing Paper, Polar Bear, Narwhal, and Puffin

Snowy scenes and friendly faces all around the page, this arctic animals writing paper gives kids a reason to actually sit down and write something.

A wide illustrated header runs across the top, showing a waving polar bear in a striped scarf, a baby seal, a penguin in a knit hat, and a white husky pup, all posed on a floating ice shelf with igloos and icy peaks behind them. The side borders alternate tiny penguins, seals, orange and blue stars, and snowflakes, while the bottom strip features a walrus, a small teal fish, a puffin, and a smiling narwhal rising from the water.

The lined writing area fills most of the page, leaving plenty of room for stories, letters, or school assignments. As part of the Handwriting Practice Pages collection, this arctic animals writing paper brings a playful polar theme that works equally well for winter classroom activities, pen pal letters, or a kid who just got very into ocean mammals.

Cute and chilly, this arctic animals writing paper features a polar bear, narwhal, puffin, and seal. Free instant download.

Writing Tips for Your Arctic Animals Writing Paper

Usage Notes

Ballpoint pens are the most reliable choice here since the lines run close to the illustrated borders and a fine tip keeps letters neat without crowding the art. Fine liners in dark blue or black also look sharp against the cool color palette. Fountain pen ink and heavy gel ink can feather on standard copy-weight stock, so if a child wants to use those, bump up to a slightly heavier sheet. The reverse side is not worth using since lighter paper will let the border art show through.

Printing Tips

Eighty gsm paper handles ballpoint and fine liner without any bleed and keeps the illustrated borders looking crisp. For a letter a child actually wants to mail, trim the printed sheet to fit a standard A4 or letter-size envelope, or fold it in thirds for a classic mailer.
