Usage Notes
The Subject and Assignment columns are wide enough for a medium ballpoint or a 0.5 gel pen without crowding the text. Due Date and Priority cells are narrow, so a fine liner keeps entries legible there. Ink from gel pens can ghost through standard copy paper into the Notes column if you write heavily, so a slightly heavier sheet helps. Laminating a blank copy and using dry-erase markers lets you reset the grid weekly without reprinting.
Printing Tips
Leave a ten-millimeter margin on the left edge before hole-punching so the Subject column stays readable in a binder. Printing a month’s worth at once, four or five sheets, keeps the stack ready without interrupting the school morning. A 28 lb paper holds up better than standard copy paper when the sheet is handled daily and referenced throughout the week.
