Diamond Square Trellis Coloring Page, Notched Centers Throughout

Bold diagonal lines cross the diamond square trellis coloring page at every angle, locking around small notched squares that repeat across the entire sheet.

Diagonal grid lines run in two directions, creating large diamond-shaped cells across the page. Sitting at the center of each diamond is a small square with notched corners, giving every intersection a secondary focal point to color independently.

The pattern belongs to the Geometric Designs collection and alternates between wide open diagonal channels and tight notched centers, so a session can move quickly across the large zones or slow down for the smaller details. Two clear scales of shape make it approachable without being sparse, landing somewhere between a relaxed fill and a focused repeat.

Usage Notes

Colored pencils are well matched here because the diagonal channels are wide enough to blend across but the notched centers are small enough to need a sharp point. Alcohol markers fill the large diamond zones fast and keep color flat, though you will want to pause at the notched squares where bleed risk is highest. A fine liner in a second color can outline just the inner notched squares to make them pop without adding any fill.

Printing Tips

Card stock at 32 lb or heavier prevents marker bleed through the bold lines and keeps the page from warping if you use any wet media. Printing at 95 percent scale adds a small white margin that makes it easier to handle without clipping the edge cells.
