Eat Well Live Well Meal Planner, Grocery List and Notes

Somewhere between planning Thursday’s dinner and remembering you’re out of olive oil, an eat well live well meal planner with a built-in grocery list earns its keep fast.

The left side holds a seven-row meal grid spanning Monday through Sunday, with dedicated columns for Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, and Snacks. Each cell is a generously sized open rectangle, giving you room to write an actual meal name rather than an abbreviation. A small sprig icon marks each day label, and the sage-green header row keeps the columns easy to scan at a glance.

The right panel splits into two sections. A lined Notes area at the top handles prep reminders, dietary notes, or anything that does not fit neatly in a meal cell. Below it, the Grocery List offers two side-by-side columns of checkboxes, enough rows to cover a full week of ingredients without flipping pages. Part of the Weekly Meal Planners collection, this eat well live well meal planner suits anyone who wants their planning and shopping on a single sheet.

Usage Notes

Ballpoint or fine liner pens in 0.5mm work well in the meal cells, which are wide enough for a short recipe name but not a full sentence. The grocery columns are narrow, so a 0.38mm fine liner keeps entries legible without crowding. Laminate the sheet and use a dry-erase marker to reset it each week without reprinting.

Printing Tips

US Letter, single-sided on 24lb copy paper gives the sheet enough body to sit flat on a countertop or clip to a board without curling. Print four or five copies at once and stack them for the month so you are never scrambling on Sunday evening.
