Financial Preparedness Quick Reference Card with Wallet Insert

Every account number, policy number, and emergency contact you might need in a crisis, your financial preparedness quick reference card fits it all on one page plus a wallet insert.

Five numbered sections run down the page: Cash on Hand (target amount and storage location), Banking (primary and backup bank details with account last four digits), Insurance (home/renters, health, and auto with company, policy number, and phone fields), Important Documents (a two-column table for document name and storage location), and Emergency Contacts (name and phone number rows). A dotted cut-here line at the bottom separates a gingham-bordered wallet-size card that mirrors the key fields in compact form. This page is part of the Home Management collection.

Day to day, fill in the main sheet and store it somewhere accessible, then cut out the wallet card and keep it in your purse or go-bag. Each field gives a single ruled line, enough for brief entries like a policy number or a bank name. The layout suits anyone who wants critical financial details organized in one place rather than scattered across apps or filing cabinets.

Usage Notes

Narrow single-line fields throughout the main sheet suit a 0.3 or 0.4 mm fine liner, which keeps entries legible without bleeding into adjacent rows. The wallet card fields are even smaller, so a 0.3 mm ballpoint or a sharp mechanical pencil is the practical choice there. Filling in digitally before printing also works well, particularly for the wallet card where handwriting space is tight.

Printing Tips

A single-sided print on 24 lb paper keeps the wallet card crisp enough to cut cleanly along the dotted line. If you plan to slot the main sheet into a household binder, leave an extra half-inch on the left margin so the hole punches clear the cash-on-hand section.
