Fully capable of achieving my goals coloring page, featuring the one affirmation that actually tells the truth: once I figure out what they are.
Bold, layered hand-lettering fills every inch of this page, with the main phrase cascading in a mix of bubble letters, script, and chunky block text. Each word carries its own internal pattern, from diagonal stripes and wavy lines inside ‘capable’ to tiny stars and botanical sprigs tucked into ‘goals’. A ribbon banner wraps the punchline at the bottom, and a scalloped lace border frames the whole composition.
This is part of the Real Lifermations collection, which pairs genuine self-belief with the kind of honesty that makes you laugh mid-color. The letter fills are intricate enough to keep you busy, while the banner and border sections offer wider open areas for a change of pace. Sessions run meditative but never monotonous.

Colored pencils are well suited here because the mix of tight internal patterns and open banner sections lets you switch between a sharp point for detail work and a broader stroke for the ribbon. Watercolor pencils can add a soft wash to the larger block letters, just keep a damp brush light-handed so it does not bleed through the fine pattern lines inside each character. Use fine liners cautiously for any added detail inside the smaller letters, the existing linework is already dense and overcrowding it can muddy the finished look.

Because the lettering sits edge to edge, use at least 65 lb cardstock to prevent ink from ghosting through when you color both sides or press firmly on the interior patterns. Printing at 100 percent scale on a standard 8.5 by 11 sheet preserves the fine internal lines inside each letter.
