Staring down ten subjects for the week ahead is a lot easier when your homeschool weekly lesson plan has a dedicated row for every single one of them.
The layout opens with fields for student name, grade, focus or theme, weekly goal, and a week-of date box in the top right corner. Below that sits a Monday through Friday grid with ten labeled subject rows: Bible and Devotional, Language Arts, Reading and Literature, Mathematics, Science, History and Geography, Art and Music, Physical Education, Life Skills and Practical, and Other, each with its own small icon.
The bottom third of the homeschool weekly lesson plan splits into three equal columns for Resources and Materials, Notes and Reminders, and Next Week Preview, each offering five ruled lines. A wide Weekly Reflection box with four ruled lines runs the full width beneath those columns, finishing with a small botanical illustration in the corner. This form pairs well with the rest of the Homeschooling Forms collection and suits families juggling multiple subjects across a traditional five-day week.

Pencil is a practical first choice here since lesson details shift mid-week and the subject cells are compact enough that erasable entries save a lot of crossing out. A fine liner in 0.3 mm works well for filling the smaller header fields like grade and weekly goal without the ink bleeding past the lines. Laminate a copy and use a dry-erase marker in the main grid, then write the reflection section on a fresh printed sheet each week since that box benefits from more permanent notes.

Leave a slightly wider left margin if you plan to hole punch and store pages in a binder, as the subject column sits close to the left edge. Printing a stack of four or five at once on 24 lb paper keeps the ruled lines crisp and prevents ink from showing through when you write on both the grid and the reflection section below.
