Six subjects, five days, one place to see exactly what got done. A homeschool work completion checklist that makes Friday’s review take minutes, not guesswork.
Six subject sections run down the page: Language Arts, Mathematics, Science, History and Social Studies, Arts and Music and P.E., and Other. Each section holds four assignment lines with a row of Mon through Fri checkboxes beside each one, plus a narrow Notes column on the right. At the top, fields capture Student Name, Week Of, Grade Level, and Parent and Guardian.
The bottom splits into two panels. The left holds the Weekly Summary, with fillable boxes for Total Assignments, Completed, Completion Rate percentage, and Notes and Reflections. The right panel is Goals and Focus for Next Week, offering five checkbox lines for forward planning. This homeschool work completion checklist suits families who want a single sheet to both track daily follow-through and carry a handful of intentions into the following week. It is part of the Homeschooling Forms collection.

Gel pens work well in the assignment lines, which are wide enough for a short title and page number but tight enough that a broad tip will bleed across entries. The checkbox columns are small squares, so a fine liner or sharp pencil keeps ticks contained without bleeding into adjacent cells. Laminate a copy and use a dry-erase marker to run the same sheet for multiple weeks without reprinting.

Single-sided on 24 lb or heavier paper keeps the checkbox columns from feeling flimsy after a week of daily use. Print four or five copies at a time and keep them in a binder with a half-inch left margin for hole punching without clipping the Subject column.
