Kids Reward Chart and Star Chart, Two-Page Weekly Set

Kids reward chart and star chart in a single download, one for marking tasks done and one for earning stars, both formatted for a full seven-day week.

Two separate charts fill this sheet. The top Reward Chart has seven blank task rows, a Monday-through-Sunday grid with a Total column, a Name and Week Of header, a My Goal This Week box, and a My Reward box separated by a small barn illustration. The tagline reads “Good Work, Positive Choices, Big Rewards.” The bottom Star Chart uses the same weekly grid structure but swaps checkboxes for outlined stars in six goal rows, tallied in a Total Stars column, with a My Goal line, a My Reward line, a motivational badge reading “You Can Do Amazing Things,” and a potted plant illustration.

Both charts are designed to run side by side through the same week, so you can hand one to a younger child who needs visual star stickers and keep the task-based chart for an older sibling. The Homeschooling Forms collection includes planning and tracking pages aimed at parents running structured school weeks at home, and this pair fits naturally into that rhythm. Each daily cell in the star chart is large enough for a small sticker or a hand-drawn star, while the task rows on the reward chart give a comfortable half-inch of writing space for short chore or lesson names.

Two charts, one download: the kids reward chart and star chart cover tasks, goals, and weekly stars with room for rewards. Free printable.

Usage Notes

Gel pens work well in the daily grid cells, which are compact but not cramped. For the task and goal rows, a fine liner keeps handwriting tidy without bleeding through to the back. The star outlines on the lower chart are sized perfectly for filling in with a colored pencil or stamping with a small star stamp. Laminating both charts and using a dry-erase marker is a practical option for families who want to reset the same sheet each Monday without reprinting.

Printing Tips

Print two single-sided copies each week, one per chart, so each child gets their own sheet to display on the fridge or slip into a folder. A 32 lb or 28 lb paper holds up better than standard copy weight when kids are marking or stickering it daily. If you laminate, trim a small margin before sealing so the edge does not peel.
