Usage Notes
Gel pens in red or orange pick up the page’s warm color palette nicely and glide across the dotted ingredient and step lines without much smudging. For the narrower “Prep Time” and “Serves” fields near the top, a 0.5 mm fine liner keeps handwriting tidy and legible. Laminating a copy lets kids use dry-erase markers to try out different recipes before committing one to a fresh printed sheet.
Printing Tips
Cardstock around 90 gsm holds up better than standard copy paper when little hands are writing and erasing repeatedly. Print one copy per recipe and leave a small left margin if you plan to hole-punch pages into a binder.
