SAT and ACT Prep Organizer, Goals, Scores, and Study Plan

Juggling two different tests, four score ranges, and a registration deadline or two? The SAT and ACT prep organizer puts every moving piece on a single page.

Eight labeled sections cover everything a student needs before test day. My Goals captures target SAT and ACT scores plus a motivation prompt. Test Overview lays out score ranges and test lengths side by side for quick comparison. Test Dates and Details holds up to five rows for SAT 1, SAT 2, ACT 1, ACT 2, and Other, with columns for date, registration deadline, and location. Diagnostic Scores tracks section scores for both tests, and Study Plan At-a-Glance pairs eight focus areas, including Vocab, Practice Tests, and Test-Taking Strategies, with a goal or topic column. Resources and Materials splits into books and online apps, while Notes and Motivation offers a lined quote block for a personal mantra.

This SAT and ACT prep organizer works well as the cover sheet inside a dedicated test prep binder, giving a parent and student a shared reference point at the start of each study session. Field sizes are moderate throughout, suited to a sentence or two per entry rather than lengthy paragraphs. It is especially useful for families preparing for both exams simultaneously, since the side-by-side test overview removes the need to hunt down score scales separately. This page is part of the Homeschooling Forms collection and pairs naturally with a weekly lesson plan or assignment tracker.

Usage Notes

Fine liners in the 0.3 to 0.4 mm range suit the score entry rows in the Diagnostic Scores section, where space is narrow. The larger My Goals and Notes and Motivation fields handle a medium ballpoint comfortably without bleed risk. Filling this one digitally before printing is worth considering so the Test Overview stays clean and legible as a reference.

Printing Tips

A single-sided print on 24 lb paper holds up better through a semester of weekly handling than standard copy weight. Leave a half-inch left margin before printing if you plan to three-hole punch it for a binder, since the Resources section sits close to the left edge.
