Striped Rectangle Border Page, Tightly Ruled Bands

Parallel ruled bands stacked edge to edge, the striped rectangle border page brings a structured, almost architectural feel that plain single-line borders simply cannot match.

The striped rectangle border page features a continuous frame made up of densely packed rectangular segments running along all four sides. Each segment is uniform in width, creating an even, ruled appearance that corners neatly at each of the four edges. The interior is completely open, giving you a large blank field suited to certificates, formal letters, notes, or any layout you want to build inside a defined boundary.

Because the border itself carries all the visual structure, the inside stays entirely yours to fill by hand or in a document editor before printing. The open center accommodates anything from a few lines of text to a full page of content. This page, part of the Fancy Page Borders collection, suits anyone who wants a subtle but detailed frame without competing ornamental shapes.

Usage Notes

Pencil works well if you plan to sketch a layout inside the frame before committing to ink, and the wide open interior gives plenty of room to erase and adjust. Fine liners in 0.4 or 0.5 mm keep writing crisp inside the large center without bleeding into the dense border segments. The border’s tight ruled bands are already filled in, so ink show-through at the edges is not a concern, though a heavier sheet does make the black segments appear sharper on the reverse.

Printing Tips

Cardstock in the 65 to 80 lb range keeps the dense black border from looking flat and gives the sheet enough body to stand up in a frame or on a clipboard. If you plan to reuse the page under a sheet protector with dry-erase markers, a single-sided print on cardstock holds up to repeated wiping without warping.
