Cute characters aside, this weekly chores chart responsibility reflection setup is doing something genuinely useful: it asks kids to rate how hard each chore felt AND review their week in writing.
The chart tracks seven pre-filled chores including Make My Bed, Do Laundry, Vacuum Floors, Wash Dishes, Take Out Trash, Water Plants, and Tidy My Room. Each row has a Responsibility Rating column showing a pre-set star difficulty score out of five, followed by seven daily columns (Mon through Sun) with outline stars kids fill in when a chore is done. A legend in the bottom left translates one through five stars into labels from Very Easy to Very Challenging.
This weekly chores chart responsibility reflection page adds three sections below the main grid: a Weekly Reflection box with four writing prompts (what went well, what was challenging, what to improve, and I’m proud of), a Notes and Thoughts box with open lines, and a small motivational note that reads “Be honest with yourself.” The reflection prompts suit kids who can write a sentence or two, and the notes box offers five ruled lines for any overflow thoughts. It is part of the Weekly Chore Charts collection.

The daily star cells are sized for a quick color fill with a fine liner or a thin marker without bleeding into neighboring columns. Gel pens work well in the reflection prompts, which have generous single-line spacing for a child’s handwriting. Laminating the top half and leaving the reflection section un-laminated lets you reuse the star grid with a dry-erase marker while still writing fresh reflections each week on a fresh print.

Standard 8.5 by 11 cardstock at 32 lb or heavier handles repeated star-filling without warping. Print a small batch of four at once so a month of sheets is ready to go, and leave a half-inch left margin if you plan to punch holes for a binder.
